Qualifications: 3-5 Years industry experience preferred

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Competent in managing changes, open items lists, pricing owner changes, and compiling the information in clear and legible manner for presentation to the client.
• Competent in generating subcontract change orders with detailed descriptions of work being added.
• Capable of generating scopes for all facets of a construction project with review and input from the rest of the project team.
• Expectation is for the APM to understand how to break down the information and analyze the data in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the costs prior to submission.
• Ability to manage the Closeout process in a timely and efficient manner.
• Engage and assist the Project Superintendent in processing and filing JHA's and Hazmat documents.
• Should be able to challenge costs that are not deemed reasonable.
• Able to competently and efficiently run weekly team meetings, and hold others accountable.
• Able to communicate with clients in a calm, competent and supportive manner.
• Must have an acceptable motor vehicle record, per company policy.
• Responsible for planning, coordination, and control of a construction project from its inception to the time it is completed.
• Responsible for ensuring that the client requirements regarding the functionality and standards are met.
• Planning, directing, scheduling, design and coordination of the installation.
• Review of construction documents and Bid Recaps at turnover meetings.
• Review of contract terms and conditions and scope of work with salesperson and
• Change Orders.
• Involvement in selecting, hiring and overseeing the work done by subcontractors.
• Managing and oversight of the Project Engineers if applicable.
• Ensuring the project is completed with a specified time frame.
• Review of submittals whether internal or external for compliance with contract documents.
• Preparation of submittals to customer and resubmittal as necessary.
• Review of acknowledgments from suppliers to review compliance with material released.
• Field dimensions for product as necessary, and attendance at project meetings as necessary.
• Troubleshooting issues with customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitoring the flow of products from suppliers and subcontractors to meet the schedule.
• Monitor financial information on projects for material, labor and subcontractors and company overhead
• Quality control of installation and materials including subcontractors.
• Must be attentive to detail and capable of proactively handling difficult situations and conversations with customers and General Contractors.
• Possess good communications and organizational skills, ability to handle managing many jobs and people at one time.
• Problem solving skills and time management skills.
