Feline-only veterinary practice seeks experienced receptionist / customer experience professional for full time hours during our four and a half day work week.
We are a one vet, slow-paced, boutique-style practice that focuses on providing an exceptional customer experience and top-notch medicine for our patients.
Candidates must be friendly, love working with people, and possess strong interpersonal skills (be able to put anxious clients at ease, create a welcoming environment, and project confidence and competence even in highly stressful situations). Experience a plus but we will train the right candidate.
Duties include customer service, answering phones, scheduling appointments, processing invoices and payments, computer-based data entry and record keeping, restocking shelves, light cleaning, laundry, and assisting technicians with evening treatments, or other tasks as assigned.
