We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, that will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. This position will also be responsible for upselling products to customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service and technical support.
• Upsell products or services to meet customer needs.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer questions.
• Familiarity with an ERP system, computer literate, and MS office products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
