Skillset Group is Hiring a Billing Clerk Near Cypress, CA
We are looking for an experienced Billing Clerk to help support our team.
Pay Range: $19 - $20/hr
Location: Vernon, CA
Duties:
- Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies
- Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates etc.)
- Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill
- Issue invoices and bills and sent them to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail etc.)
- Contract entry
Skills:
- 1-2 years of billing experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in using billing software and computer systems
- Strong math and accounting skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
