Job Description

A luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Seattle's upper-west side is currently hiring a dependable, reliable night auditor for Friday-Sunday shifts. In addition to the 29 room boutique hotel, we also have a European-style sister property with 16 rooms. We are highly ranked on sites such as TripAdvisor, Expedia, and Booking.com; and we are committed to excellence and customer service. We maintain a small, close-knit staff of enthusiastic and personable employees.

Candidates must prove to be adaptable, flexible, and eager to learn. Candidates must have a background in customer service and/or customer relations, and must have open availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends. Required shifts are Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9:30pm-7:30am. Examples of posted position duties include, but are not limited to:

• Receiving calls, booking reservations and exercising critical thinking skills
• Providing security presence on property.
• Responding to all guest inquiries.
• Maintaining a professional and positive attitude toward guests and associates.
• Anticipating guests' needs and resolving any discrepancies efficiently.
• Balancing the accounts from day shift

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
