About the Role

The Company is seeking an SVP of CX Strategy to provide strategic leadership in customer experience across a diverse range of marketing, digital experience, and technology-oriented clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients to offer expertise in customer experience strategies, educating them on capabilities that enhance customer and digital experiences, and aligning these with their business objectives. This role involves developing and presenting content for various engagements, fostering a public-facing brand as an expert in experience design, and leading a community of strategic practitioners. The SVP will also be a key figure in team and talent development, managing a group of strategists and collaborating with experts to promote the company's vision in customer experience strategy.Applicants for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years in a leadership position focused on customer experience, digital experience, or brand experience. A strong background in strategy development for clients and a proven ability to win hearts and minds in high-stakes presentations are essential. Technical skills required include proficiency in customer experience strategies, customer journey mapping, persona development, and familiarity with digital marketing technologies. The ideal candidate will be an expert in modern experience design, customer experience strategy, and human-centered experience transformation, and will be actively engaged in activities that promote expertise in these areas.
