This pivotal role involves overseeing growth marketing, product marketing, and brand marketing teams to ensure a cohesive strategy that aligns with the company's mission. The VP of Marketing will be responsible for leading the overall marketing mix, creating marketing plans, strengthening the brand's global presence, and driving significant impact across all markets. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first approach, be adept at cross-team collaboration, and have a proven track record of success in a full stack marketing role, including experience in B2B enterprise, and managing global, diverse teams.To be considered for this role, candidates should have 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a global management position. Familiarity with B2B sales and buying processes is essential, as is the ability to create a world-class brand strategy that resonates with the customer's need for confidence and safety. Experience in the IDV/IDVaaS industry and with technology SaaS scaleup/startups is a significant advantage. The role requires a candidate who is adept at data-driven decision-making, has a strong background in marketing strategy, and has successfully implemented strategies to drive internationalization. The VP of Marketing will be measured on the strength of their performance in growth marketing, the resonance of sales collateral, and the clarity of brand, product, and content marketing narratives.
