About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing and Business Development to manage and promote its brand, with a focus on enhancing market share and brand awareness. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy, communications, sales, business development, and community relations activities. This role involves acting as a brand ambassador, leading the marketing and business development teams, and ensuring the delivery of effective campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth. The Senior Director will also be tasked with creating and managing budgets, optimizing marketing spends, and leading business development efforts to expand and retain businesses.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in marketing, business development, or a related field, and hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or an equivalent field. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and managing marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C verticals, as well as proficiency in public relations, business development strategies, customer experience enrichment, analytics, and data-led marketing. Strong leadership, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to mentor and develop marketing professionals. Experience with Microsoft Suites products, social media platforms, and design software like Canva is also required.
