About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Head of Product for its next-gen fintech product. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and execution of the product, setting the direction for the product organization, and ensuring alignment with the company's goals. This role requires a strong focus on leadership, including building internal and external alignment on product strategy, influencing cross-functional partners, and leading a high-performance team. The VP will also be accountable for driving customer partnership and alignment, as well as working closely with marketing, sales, design, and engineering to achieve product usage goals and deliver a great consumer experience.Applicants for this position should have a minimum of a BA/BS degree in a quantitative field and at least 15 years of experience in the consumer payments market, with a focus on card tokenization, wallets, and online checkout solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product development and management, experience in design thinking and agile development processes, and a passion for building and delivering successful products. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to mentor and develop talent within the team. The role also involves a commitment to risk management and the protection of systems and data, as well as the responsibility to build and hire a skilled product team to deliver the product roadmap.
