A strong business background with at least 10 years of strategic leadership in financial planning and management within a complex organization is essential. The VPFO will also be expected to have excellent knowledge of higher education practices and fiscal compliance issues. The position demands superior interpersonal communication, organizational, and time management skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a collegial manner.
