Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to drive the growth and success of our agricultural operations
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our farms, including crop production, livestock management, and irrigation systems
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, as well as environmental and sustainability practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency
• Identify and implement innovative technologies, techniques, and best practices to enhance agricultural productivity and sustainability
• Lead and develop a high-performing agricultural operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive excellence and achieve targets
• Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and regulatory agencies

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role in agricultural operations
• In-depth knowledge of agricultural practices, technologies, and sustainability
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
• Excellent operational management and problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing large-scale farms and operations
