Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's blockchain strategy, including identification and evaluation of blockchain opportunities
• Lead the exploration and research of blockchain technologies and trends
• Identify and prioritize use cases for blockchain implementation across various business units
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement blockchain solutions
• Assess and manage risk associated with blockchain initiatives
• Build and manage relationships with industry partners, blockchain startups, and relevant stakeholders
• Stay informed about regulatory and legal considerations related to blockchain implementation

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience in developing and implementing blockchain strategies and initiatives
• Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, including protocols, smart contracts, and consensus mechanisms
• Demonstrated ability to identify and evaluate blockchain use cases
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align blockchain initiatives with overall business objectives
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
• Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing and mentoring teams
