About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Field Sales & Marketing to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving property-level top-line rooms and ancillary revenue by developing and implementing key strategies. This role requires a focus on individual property priorities, such as top-line revenue, RevPAR Index premiums, talent pipeline development, and fostering a team-centric sales and marketing culture. The VP will also ensure alignment and execution of initiatives to achieve overall business objectives, collaborate with corporate marketing and revenue management, and be an integral part of the global sales organization leadership team.Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the hospitality sales and marketing discipline, along with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. The role demands a self-starter with strong leadership and team management skills, the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, and a passion for continuous improvement. Excellent communication, project management, and process improvement skills are essential, as is the ability to travel up to 50%. The VP will also be expected to act as a company ambassador at industry events, develop strong customer relationships, and focus on growing the company's brand on a B2B level.
