Who Are We Seeking?

· Bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service and sales. (preferable)

· Are eager to acquire or already possess a life and health license.

· Hold prior experience in insurance (highly preferred but not required).

What Will You Do?

· Act as your own marketer to drive real-time results.

· Cultivate warm leads provided to enhance your income.

· Face to face, live lead transfers, community events. We help you build a sales pipeline.

· Maintain and update customer accounts.

· Establish and nurture relationships with small business owners, such as Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Auto Dealers, and more.

· Generate new business through various channels, including telephone, networking, and lead sources.

· Meet established business production goals and objectives.

· Cross-sell additional products and services, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
