Confidential is Hiring a Team Member/Customer Service Near Santa Cruz, CA

We are looking for a creative customer service representative with some bookkeeping knowledge. Must be genuinely excited to help customers, is patient, empathetic, and can leave their ego at the door before arriving to work. They must be very self motivated, confident at troubleshooting and willing to investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve issues. Excellent customer service is a must as we have very high standards when it comes to customer satisfaction. Ours is a very positive, creative, and fun place to work, so if you are generally grouchy all the time, please don’t apply .

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with computer systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $40,603.00 per year

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
