Overview:

In this role, you will lead the development of client optimization strategies for the Client Servicing Team. You will create continuing education modules for newly promoted and underperforming team members, review gaps in client service productivity, and report to senior management on client success initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an Expert Network company.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as a bridge between Client Service and Technology teams
• Contribute to the formulation of global market strategy
• Spearhead Quality and Performance Improvements at both account and department Levels
• Drive organizational improvement by implementing standardized processes
• Partner with client-facing teams to rejuvenate struggling accounts, support Project Managers, and empower Team Leads
• Collaborate with Internal procurement to rollout new products and services to ensure proper adoption and use
• Engage with team leads from various departments to identify technological enhancements that can enhance productivity and expedite client servicing
• Take the lead in developing talent within client service teams to drive market share growth

What we Offer:

The annual base salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000.
