siParadigm LLC Diagnostic and Informatics Laboratories seeking fresh or recently graduated candidates of Sales Reps. For the position of “Account Manager”

REQUIREMENTS:

All Candidates is required to:

  • Be recently graduated (already earned the degree).
  • Hold a Bachelor Degree -(preferred in Science).
  • Located in (ONLY) of the below areas:

North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Chicago (Illinois), Detroit (Michigan), Las Vegas (Nevada), and South Carolina, Kansas City (Missouri), Seattle (Washington), Portland (Oregon), Cincinnati (Ohio), Colombus (Ohio), San Francisco (California), Bakerfield (California), San Diego (California), Denver (Colorado). Dallas, San Antonio, Houston (Texas), Pittsburg (PA), Philadelphia (PA), Peritumor (MD), St. Louise (MD), New England (Boston), Jacksonville, Miami (FL), Nashville (TN), Virginia, Virginia Beach (VA), Atlanta, Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi. San Antonio (Texas).

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Developing strong relationships with clients by building a solid CRM to ensure consistency.
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensuring correct materials and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Achieve business objectives for assigned territory (e.g., penetration of account with product/solution/service offerings).
  • Prospecting new accounts through cold calling to physician’s offices.
  • Support the sales organization with new initiatives and projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • Fresh or recently graduated candidates (ONLY)
  • Bachelor degree in (Science major is preferred)
  • A hands-on mentality, stress resistance.
  • Outgoing, open minded person and able to go the extra mile
  • Ability to weigh competing priorities while maintaining a clear focus on overarching business priorities
  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken)
