We are seeking a talented Referral Specialist to recruit caregivers on an ongoing basis. Duties include collecting inquiries through various platforms, gathering and verifying credentials, screening registrants per AHCA guidelines and updating credentials as needed for currently registered caregivers. This Referral Specialist will be expected to also network with others in the industry, occasionally take prospective client calls with the goal of converting them into clients, efficiently communicating with office team mates, compiling reports to gauge success with recruitment, and displaying an overall passion for serving seniors. This position is also required to rotate the after hours emergency phone line with 2 other office team mates for additional compensation.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

*Strong computer skills, including Excel

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*Proven track record in phone sales as well as customer service

*Ability to prioritize and multitask in an office environment

*Health care experience is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 per week
