We are looking for a full-time receptionist, Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We offer holiday pay, vacation pay, medical, dental, 401K retirement with employer match.
Job Responsibilities:
· Answer and forward telephone calls on multiple line system
· Respond to calls in a polite and timely manner
· Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
· Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive
· Perform clerical duties including but not limited to filing, maintaining records, ordering supplies, handling petty cash, processing walk-in customer payments, and processing daily mail
Qualifications and Skills:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Capability of multitasking and prioritizing
· Great attention to detail
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Education and Experience Requirements:
· Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
· High school diploma or GED
· Willingness to learn and grow with the Company
Pre-employment drug test is required & background check is performed
