Job Description:

As a Preschool Director with us, you will:

  • Build a stellar team: Recruit, develop, and empower talented teachers to deliver high-quality early childhood education.
  • Forge strong partnerships: Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, regulatory authorities, community stakeholders, and company partners.
  • Drive community engagement: Promote the growth of your school by actively participating in community outreach and attracting new families.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Directorial expertise: Bring at least three years of experience as a Preschool Director, demonstrating your ability to lead with excellence.
  • Relationship-building prowess: Maintain strong connections with both families and team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
  • Regulatory knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of state licensing requirements to ensure compliance and uphold the highest standards of care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
