Responsibilities:
Process and manage payroll for employees accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
Calculate and record employee working hours, overtime, and deductions.
Maintain accurate records of employee salaries, benefits, and taxes.
Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies.
Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management.
Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and payroll regulations.
Process year-end payroll activities, including W-2 forms.
Assist in implementing payroll-related policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
Knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and labor laws.
Familiarity with payroll software and systems.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive payroll information.
Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Continuous learning to stay updated on industry best practices.
