Maintenance Technician - Part Time or Full Time (20-40 hours a week)
We are looking for a team player that is a hands-on maintenance technician and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As a maintenance technician, you play a key role in maintaining all areas of the property and performing service requests for residents. A typical day could include grounds work, apartment turns, HVAC, electrical, small appliances, and plumbing repairs.
