Confidential is Hiring an Operations Specialist Near Alpharetta, GA

We are only looking for individuals that have a less than 30 minute commute to Alpharetta. No remote.

The hours worked will be 12 PM- 8PM or 7AM 2PM

Attention to detail and data and effective communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities will include extremally proficient in data entry responding to emails, confirmations, upkeep of various databases. We are seeking someone who has experience in operations or compliance and scheduling as a bonus skillset etc.

We are looking for a candidate who is computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. You will report to a team lead for the department you are best suited for. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.

Bilingual in Spanish is a Plus

Responsibilities

  • Transfer data from online formats/computer files or database systems
  • Type in data provided directly from customers
  • Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents
  • Update existing data
  • Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
  • Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

Skills

  • Proven experience in customer service and/or data entry
  • Excellent phone and email etiquette
  • Fast typing skills
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
  • Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
  • Basic understanding of databases
  • Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
  • Great attention to detail
