Job Description - Bolingbrook Operations Admin
Overview:
· The Operations Admin is a key position that reports directly to the Operations Manager to guide and support the operation and the customers serviced at the above locations.
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide clerical support to various management and operation functions, including, but not limited to, photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, and answering telephone.
· Provide clerical and administrative support to the human resources (HR) department.
· Complete daily paperwork and projects on a timely basis.
· Review office supply inventory and place orders to meet the needs of the office.
· Receiving purchase orders, generating sales orders, and creating production files.
· Inventory management & pipeline control of all customers owned inventory.
Data entry from production job costing.
