We are looking for a Night Auditor who can work our 11pm - 7am shifts. Alternate shifts will be available as well but you will be working at least three overnight shifts each week. You must be able to work on your own at the front desk along for our overnight shift with one bell person while handling in house guests, phone calls and emails. You must be knowledgeable of basic accounting principles to execute our nightly audit.
As our Night Auditor you will be required to perform the tasks of all the other Front Desk Agents. You will serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.
