A large-scale private association is seeking a full-time Member Services Manager.

The ideal candidate will be able to plan, direct, manage, and oversee the activities of the Welcome Center Department which operates 365/24/7. The Department provides residents services, gate access and customer service to owners, guests and contractors. Responding promptly to resolve sensitive member and guest inquiries and complaints; negotiate and resolve issues.

Interested candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of management experience specifically in customer service and they must possess a positive/can-do attitude, excellent computer skills, strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
