An established landscaping company based out of Aurora, IL is looking for a full-time, year-round Landscaping Account Manager’s Assistant to join our team & assist the Landscaping Account Managers with their daily tasks and duties on our commercial properties.

Duties Include:

• Assisting the Sr. landscaping account managers with our portfolio of commercial landscaping accounts, including scheduling, client communication, and site inspections
• Assisting with preparing information needed to complete proposals (taking measurements & photos of the property)
• Completing a variety of errands and tasks assigned by the Sr. Account Manager
• Keeping detailed records of completed tasks and client preferences
• Conducting site visits/inspections to assess the condition of the property and identify maintenance or improvement needs
• Monitoring proposal progress and update the Sr. Account Manager on status
• Assisting with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines and deliverables
• Other administrative duties as assigned to support the Sr. Account Manager

Qualifications:

Must be 21

Valid drivers’ license with a clean MVR driving record required

Able to commute to and work out of our Aurora, IL office

Strong communication & writing skills in English required, Spanish a plus

Knowledge of landscaping/hardscapes a plus

Willingness to learn and advance your skills in the commercial landscaping industry

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay between $18 – $20/hr (based on skills & experience), paid weekly on Fridays!
