JOB BRIEF
We are a small creative interior design firm looking for a long-term responsible administrator, to organize our interior design companies’ day to day operations. The position will require some clerical support to our manager and coordinate all daily administrative activities. The administrator should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease. The Administrators main tasks include:
ADMINISTRATOR JOB DESCRIPTION (15-20 hours week)
a. Answering client and vendor calls occasionally
b. Resolving email inquiries
c. Taking minutes
d. Arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms & conference facilities
e. Data entry (sales, client info, ETC)
f. General office management and ordering occasional office supplies
g. Organizing travel & accommodation for staff & clients
h. Arranging internal & external events
i. Reliable vehicle to travel to job sites on occasion (Mileage reimbursement)
j. Providing admin support for manager
k. Occasional Errands & Jobsite visits throughout the DMV
l. Occasional travel may be required
m. Distribute mail / review mail
n. Pricing

r. Handling damaged and return claims

jj. Resolving email inquiries.
kk. Setting up designer, client, contractor meetings. Sometime attending taking meeting notes and managing the
ll. Reviewing costs and purchasing.
