Overview: We are a busy family in Charlotte, NC, seeking a detail-oriented and organized House Manager to help run our household smoothly. This is a part-time role, ideal for someone who loves cooking and organizing.

Responsibilities:

• Meal Preparation: Plan and cook healthy and delicious meals 4 days a week, including 2 vegetables options with each meal.
• Grocery Shopping & Inventory Management: Keep the pantry and kitchen well-stocked by managing grocery shopping and maintaining an organized inventory.
• Errands: Handle various household errands such as picking up dry cleaning & purchasing household supplies and making returns.
• Household Organization: Maintain a well-organized household by organizing closets, and storage spaces.
• Light House Cleaning: Ensure the home remains neat and tidy by vacuuming floors, making beds, and providing general cleaning and tidiness.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate and schedule maintenance services, deliveries, and appointments for the family.
• Laundry: Manage the family's laundry needs, including washing, folding, and ironing clothes and linens.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a House Manager, Housekeeper, or in a similar role.
• Excellent cooking skills and ability to plan diverse meals.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation for errands and grocery shopping.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with external service providers.
• Must pass a background check.
• Positive attitude, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Benefits:

• Flexible working hours (approximately 20 hours per week).
• Competitive hourly rate ($20-$24/hour, depending on experience).

We have children but do not need childcare.
