About the Role

The Company is seeking a Global Head of People to lead its HR strategy and support its hypergrowth business. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a two-to-three year human capital strategy, aligning with the company's unique employee value proposition as a disruptive technology startup with a focus on driving social impact. This executive will oversee all aspects of the people function, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee development. The role involves working closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to ensure that the company's people strategy is integrated with its overall business objectives.The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in developing and implementing global people strategies, particularly in a high-growth and technology-driven environment. Experience in a similar role within a startup or tech company is highly desirable. The Global Head of People will be expected to champion the company's culture, values, and diversity initiatives, and to foster an environment that attracts and retains top talent. A strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to navigate the challenges of a rapidly expanding organization are essential. A background in AI, machine learning, or a related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
