Known Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field required
• Extensive prior professional experience in a senior-level role overseeing industrial real estate acquisitions role required
• Superior financial acumen and advanced proficiency financial analysis and modeling required
• Excellent analytical skills and commitment to maintaining confidentiality required
