We are searching for a qualified dental front office receptionist to join our team.

We see patients on Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm, with huddle at 7:45am and an hour break for lunch. Starting pay is based on experience and skill level. Working interview will be requested after formal in-person or phone interview. Job duties and expectations listed below. We are excited for you to join our team!

Team Contributions:

• Oversee daily office functions, including patient scheduling
• Contribute to a professional, positive, and productive working environment
• Must be organized and able to multi-task

Patient Management:

• Present treatment plans and coordinate patient financial arrangements
• Educate patients and coordinate external dental referrals
• Work with a variety of dental insurances

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented and willing to step into various roles
• Minimum of 2 years of dental or medical billing experience
• Knowledge of Dentrix is a plus!

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
