Service Advisor / Writer needed for a fast paced and growing auto repair shop.

Are you a Rockstar Service Advisor? Are you motivated, good with people and have some experience in sales? We want to talk to you! We are a busy and growing automotive repair shop that needs a motivated sales person to join our team. The Service Advisor position here is a pivotal role. You are the heart and soul of our company. We want you to enjoy your day with our customers. We have a set pay plan with an incentivized based bonus plan. There is a strong workflow and process in place as well as a great team of automotive technicians that have great communication skills. Sales is the driving force of the Service Advisor position. If you have strong sales skills, like people, and have great communication skills this is the position for you!

Position available: Service Advisor

You must be energetic, enthusiastic, cheerful, and a outgoing individual. We prefer you to have 4 legs and 8 arms in order to multitask. You need to be able to communicate with others and enjoy being in front of the public. Immediate positions available. This is a full time job for someone who is sales, goal, and customer service driven looking for a rewarding career. You will be trained on our processes for sales and customer service. It is mandatory that you have sales and customer service experience and love to work with people. You must be a responsible and dedicated individual who loves to work and is dedicated to your goals.

Duties:

Greet customers and address their vehicle concerns.

Present needed work to customers and overcome any objections.

Keep organized and on task with vehicle repairs.

Assist the service manager in daily tasks.

Add to our team and help us achieve goals..
