About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Asset Protection Field Operations with a strong background in retail field management and extensive experience in store and shrink operations. The successful candidate will be a proven leader with the ability to create and execute strategies to mitigate factors that impact profitability in challenging markets. This role requires a deep understanding of shrink drivers and the analytical skills to identify trends for continuous improvement. The Executive Director will also be responsible for leading enterprise-wide initiatives and must have the capability to work across various business lines, including non-retail, and gain consensus at the SVP level.Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' in retail field management, with a preference for those with 15 or more years' and LP Qualified or LP Certified. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. The role demands extensive travel and the candidate must reside in the Pacific Northwest, Southwest, or Central US. The Executive Director will lead a team and be a trusted partner to multiple Vice Presidents, overseeing operations in a significant number of retail stores. The position calls for a strategic thinker who can develop key loss prevention strategies, educate colleagues, and build strong, collaborative partnerships for the protection of the company's assets.
