Brand Sales Ambassador

As a Brand Sales Ambassador, you will be a vital part of our marketing and sales team, responsible for representing our brand to the public, engaging with potential customers, and driving sales growth. You will embody our company's values and vision, acting as a positive and persuasive spokesperson for our products/services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Representation: Be the face of our company and embody our brand's values and culture. Maintain a professional and enthusiastic image at all times.
  • Customer Engagement: Approach and engage potential customers in a friendly and informative manner, creating a positive first impression and building rapport.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products/services and stay up-to-date with any changes or enhancements. Be able to answer customer questions and provide relevant information.
  • Sales Generation: Actively promote and sell our products/services to potential customers. Utilize effective sales techniques to convert leads into loyal customers.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and create new leads through various methods, including events, networking, and social media outreach.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at retail stores, trade shows, expos, and other events, demonstrating products/services and engaging with attendees.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather valuable feedback from customers and provide insights to the marketing and product development teams for continuous improvement.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on brand messaging and promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus).
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, outgoing, and approachable personality.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $700.00 - $1,300.00 per week
