```Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dispensary Manager to join our team. As a Dispensary Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dispensary, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Manage and supervise dispensary staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with all state and local regulations governing the sale of cannabis --Tracking inventory and ordering supplies

Products
- Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee inventory management
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection and answering any questions or concerns
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Oversee cash register operations and ensure accuracy in cash handling procedures
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed business decisions
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and manage product selection
- Implement effective process for cash handling and record keeping

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the cannabis industry is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and their effects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and vendors
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of state and local regulations governing the sale of cannabis products

-3 years prior experience in the industry and manager level a plus
- Proficient with Flowhub Maui, Metrc and General Knowledge of Windows, Excel
