About the Role

The Company is seeking a Director of Product for Senior Behavioral Health. This role is pivotal in shaping the product strategy, defining the roadmap, and launching the first Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for innovative behavioral health solutions aimed at Medicare Advantage members with polychronic chronic conditions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a 12 month product roadmap, owning the product strategy for a care coordination software, and managing the product organization's Objectives and Key Results. They will also be tasked with analyzing and onboarding technology vendors, creating a hiring roadmap, and fostering a culture of growth and success within the company.Applicants should have at least 7 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a 0-1 product environment, and 2 years of experience in building a patient engagement platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to create and own the initial product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as the quantitative analysis skills to determine features and measure success with definitive KPIs. A deep understanding of the end-to-end product build process, from ideation to market launch, and technical proficiency in evaluating tools and processes for tech-enabled care delivery services are essential. The role requires a strategic and builder mindset, the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively, and a high level of empathy with the end user.
