DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Evaluate, and direct the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Department in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures for the Nursing Department.
• Contribute to the development, maintenance, and implementation of the Facility’s quality assurance program.
• Participate in facility surveys (inspections) as requested.
• Conduct daily rounds of the Nursing Department to ensure adherence to nursing standards.
• Review and address complaints and grievances from department personnel.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Possess a current license and registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long Term Care with managerial responsibilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Pay: Up to $115,000.00 per year
