Responsibilities:

• As a direct employee of the agency, the Director of Nursing/Clinical Manager provides oversight of all patient care services. Supervises and manages, directly or through qualified subordinates, all personnel who provide direct patient care.
• Assists with Human Resources management and ensures that a qualified, competent staff is always retained by the agency.
• Makes patient and personnel assignments
• Assures the team is meeting all needs of patients with continuous assessment
• Oversee (QAPI) Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement

As the Director of Nursing, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your expertise in nursing administration, medical terminology, and physiology knowledge will be essential for managing the nursing department effectively. Additionally, your experience in home health, Hospital Care, hospice care, or related fields will be highly valued. Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
