Qualifications
The front office associate should have a minimum of 1-year of experience in dental front office. Oral Surgery experience preferred.
To ensure success, front office associates should be confident and professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of 1-year experience in dental/oral surgery required.
Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multitask
Is trainable to our systems and protocols
Responsibilities
Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone
Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients, as needed
