Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. It would be GREAT if the Dental Assistant also had front office experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in both front and back off ice duties of a dental office settings and possess strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks
- Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting preferred
- Proficiency with medical terminology and scheduling software such as Epic
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of front desk operations and administrative procedures
