Job Summary

We are looking for a new member to join our expanding team.

Looking for a Patient Coodinator who will be able to split their time primarily between the front (assisting the office manager) and assisting the back office team. We are a high quality modern practice that prides itself on patient care. We also do believe that it is important to work hard and play hard.

Salary: Depends on experience

Hours: 16-24 hours per week in San Ramon. Potential to increase FT as the schedule grows and as we move into our new office in the New Year.

Qualifications and Skills

* Having a current X-ray license is a HUGE plus.

*Front office experience is a MUST

Dental Assisting duties:

Depends on experience, but we are willing to train to a high and comprehensive level.

Front Desk duties:

Answering multiple phone lines
Scheduling patients
Over the counter collections
Verify insurance benefits
Tracking of all dental claims
Presenting treatment plans
Dentrix experience a plus
