Searching for a Construction Project Manager/Estimator that can effectively estimate with our in-house Design – Build Team performing mainly negotiated, repeat, referred type projects. We have an outstanding reputation in the business working on higher profile Healthcare, Commercial and Industrial Projects. This person will ultimately be responsible for the estimating, and bidding process, material procurement, project financial management from start to finish to ensure accuracy and completeness, within the framework of our client's and company’s financial goals. Looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to become part of our Team.

Duties: Including but Not Limited To

• Perform Pre-Construction estimates.
• Perform Pre-Construction project management and active project management.
• Procure project materials being provided by the Company.
• Perform project close out procedures
• Actively involved with the Executive Team in pursuing new work as well as developing new client relationships and nurturing existing ones.
• Assist in identifying new leads and taking a role in pursuing such leads when appropriate.

Requirements:

• Experience in project management, estimating and preconstruction project management in healthcare, commercial and industrial construction.
• Successfully led or assisted with leading multiple projects simultaneously - healthcare, commercial and industrial.
• Knowledge of the local market construction practices means and methods and buy out strategies.
• Ability to develop conceptual and programmatic estimates quickly off of very little information.
• Ability to maintain and update historical costs.
• Ability to conduct preconstruction team meetings with various disciplines including Architects, Consultants, and Project Managers.
• Ability to identify risk factors regarding contract, insurance, schedule, and safety.

Skills:

• Advanced working knowledge Excel, On Screen Takeoff Software’s and Microsoft project scheduling software.
• Candidate must be proficient working in Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Must be effective oral and written communicator, and a detail-oriented team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
