They are looking for candidates that will reliably oversee all field operations from the onset of the project to the hand-off. Primary responsibilities of the job include:
· Project management experience with industrial, commercial, and warehouse construction
· Experience running your own jobs with strong leadership skills
· Must have experience with projects from $2 million in size
· Must have at least 5 years’ experience
A successful candidate will possess the following:
· Direct experience in preferred fields
· Previous experience running projects from start to finish
· A desire to do things right the first time
· Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
· Ability to maintain schedules and budgets
Salary Range: $90-110K
