Overview:

Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a Covington, KY firm to help them search and qualify candidates for their Construction Project Manager position. Our client is a design/build firm that established itself as a reliable construction partner generations ago and has maintained that reputation since. They are looking for candidates that will reliably oversee all field operations from the onset of the project to the hand-off. They offer a competitive compensation and benefits package and a stable and cooperative work environment.

Primary responsibilities of the job include:

· Project management experience with industrial, commercial, and warehouse construction

· Experience running your own jobs with strong leadership skills

· Must have experience with projects from $2 million in size

· Must have at least 5 years’ experience

A successful candidate will possess the following:

· Direct experience in preferred fields

· Previous experience running projects from start to finish

· A desire to do things right the first time

· Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve

· Ability to maintain schedules and budgets

Salary Range: $90-110K
