Job Description:

The Role

Do you excel at helping clients address complicated issues? Do you have knowledge of the Equity Compensation industry? As part of our Consulting team, your work will help provide clients high quality, comprehensive and efficient administrative and data optimization solutions regarding their benefits programs!

The Team

The Senior Data Consultant is responsible for business development and overall delivery of data and administrative optimization services to clients with outsourced benefit programs, including equity compensation plans. In this role you will interact directly with clients on program strategy. Additionally, you will work with the Consultant and the internal Fidelity team, as needed in identifying and reviewing the client's operational optimization and data needs and propose solutions.

The Expertise You Have

  • 10 years of demonstrated ability in a Stock Plan employer offered consulting role or an administration team manager (corporate benefits, outsourcing or consulting firm)
  • 3 years of experience focused on business development
  • 3 years focused on program/project management
  • Understanding of equity compensation and stock plan administration.

The Skills You Bring

  • Your business development skills; including presentation, communication, influencing and closure
  • You have strong relationship and leadership skills including influencing, negotiation, consultative approach
  • Your ability to adapt communication and leadership styles to match effort under management
  • Your analytical and problem-solving skills are a key strength
  • Your expansive depth and breadth of Stock Plan administration knowledge

  • Owning the initial new business opportunities process from prospecting to closure.
  • Building, managing and growing client relationships by delivering an outstanding level of customer satisfaction with every engagement.
  • Provide oversight to ensuring project team members deliver realistic project plans including scope, duration, and effort.
  • Identifying risk areas and lead team to appropriate solutions when obstacles are encountered.
  • Identifying, defining, and applying client specific benefits knowledge inclusive of administrative procedures, systems configuration, and data utilization.
