- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and ensure deadlines are met
- Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and coordinating with witnesses
- Perform general clerical duties, such as answering phones, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Paralegal or similar role is preferred
- Associate's degree or certification in Paralegal Studies is required
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
