- Perform general clerical duties, such as answering phones, filing documents, and maintaining office supplies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Legal Research: Perform legal research related to land use, zoning, and other regulatory matters, providing attorneys with timely and relevant information.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and external parties, maintaining clear and professional communication to facilitate transactions.
  • Administrative Support: Manage transaction timelines, document filings, and other administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the legal team.

Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience as a paralegal in commercial real estate law.
  • Proficient in handling leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions.
  • Strong understanding of title examination, 1031 exchanges, and deal structuring.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Experience with estate and probate or business succession planning is beneficial.
