Now hiring for a hand in our commercial real estate investing company!

Over the past five years our company has closed 250 transactions in the real estate investing space and we are currently searching for the right candidate to help us expand our commercial division.

This role offers a base salary along with commission on deals purchased which could also be taken as ownership in the properties we buy. We offer equity/commission so there is no cap on your income. You have the opportunity to make as much as possible while also being a part of the company’s investments giving you have a sense of real ownership. The company’s success is your success.

The responsabilty of the roles:

• Calling leads provided by the company to close with help from our head aqustions manager.
• Managing projects and contractors with the help and guidance of myself, the owner of the company.
• Dispositions of properties that we want to make quick cash on selling to another investor.
• Coordinating transactions to the closing table with the help of myself once again.
