About the Role

The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at the company is a key leadership role responsible for the strategic development and administration of a comprehensive range of human resource programs and services. Strong leadership, communication, strategic thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience in labor relations, negotiations, and working in a higher education setting is also advantageous.
