We are seeking an individual to join out team, ideal candidate must have a minimum one year experience, be bilingual (English/Spanish), detail oriented, punctual, be able to prioritize and multitask, have excellent customer service skills.
Duties include setting up new files, reporting cases to the insurance companies, clearing liability, resolving the property damage portion of the case, requesting medical records and liens from medi-cal/medicare to get the case ready for demand.
